Freak About It

Now, you all know what a Pier One freak I am.
They just have decor items that I cannot say no to, so I gave up trying to stay out of their store long ago.  No willpower?  Yes, that would be me.

Whether you remember or not, I bought a small, sweet, cream colored and scalloped edged lantern from them prior to Christmas, along with their little strand of white lights, a sweet tree and added a few of my own items from home to the mix HERE.
Now I've done the same for Easter.

I knew I was going to love this little lantern and the lights when I made the purchase last December, because I knew that I could change out the contents in the lantern each season.

So, since I already had the lights and the lantern and a few pretty pastel eggs (from Pier One a year ago) I put this little vignette together by adding only the nest and a bunny.

Here are the photos from my current lantern vignette.

Do you own a lantern that you decorate?
I highly recommend it since the lantern and lights are a one time investment, and most of us already have small holiday decor items already stashed in our closets.
Putting it together is so easy and so fun to do!
Oh, and all of their Easter items are on sale or clearance right now, so if it's too late for this year's Easter decor purchases, buy it for next year and stash it away.

  1. That is very cute. It looks pale blue in the photos which is perfect for Easter (even though I know it's really cream).
