I didn't take a photo of today's smoothie because it took on the appearance of gray sludge, so it didn't look appetizing, but it was delicious.
8-10 oz of water
3 large strawberries with tops removed
1 banana
1 fistful of spinach
a splash of coconut milk (will switch to coconut water when container is empty)
1-2 T of milled flax
dash of protein powder
My husband picked the first of the ripened wild raspberries and blackberries on our property over the week-end so I hope to come up with a smoothie recipe for those as well.
Please let me know if you have a delicious recipe I can try.

my favorite is a large handful of kale, a banana, a handful of frozen strawberries and one cup orange juice

Those Raspberries look like they should be in my palm . . . I love them just like that, right off the vine . . .
