Another Hole Poked In Me

Today found me in Roanoke once again, and although it was not a sight seeing trip, I did manage to pull off a few photo shots here and there, mostly from within the confines of my vehicle, but I had at least five stops to make before I would be ready to return home, so here are a few from the day.

In the first two photos you can see the Blue Ridge Mountains as I stood in the parking lot at my doctor's office, ready to get into my vehicle and head on to the next errand.
I REALLY miss living closer to Roanoke rather than way out here where we are in the country, and the foliage colors are always more appealing to me this time of the year when in the Ronaoke Valley.
I miss living there.

This was the view to the north as I left the parking lot.

THIS was the view to the south, once again you can see the Blue Ridge Mountains.

Once I had completed all of my in town errands I headed north on the 581.
Lots of color out this way also, and the skies were blue with temperatures in the 70's.
A HEAVENLY DAY!

Still on the 581 but that curve ahead is taking my to Interstate 81 North towards home.

This is the podunk town of Daleville.  Fall is always glorious here at the base of Tinker Mountain.

That brings us to the end of this portion of my drive today,
but...
more to follow later as I near home.

Hope your day is all that it should be.
I had another hole poked in me at the doctor's office and if they don't stop this I will no longer hold any liquids inside!
