Pistachio Bundt Cake

I probably should have waited until turning out this bundt cake this morning before posting photos, but ahhh, oh well... here it is anyway.
It's a pistachio bundt cake that I have made a few times over the past 8 or 10 years, and it's so moist and delicious.
Once it cools and is turned out it will be drizzled with Hershey's Special Chocolate Syrup.
You can buy it at Wal-Mart or most any grocery store.

It's an easy recipe, at least it must be considering that I could jump out of bed and make it 1t 7:30AM.  I know.... hard to believe considering my husband does 99.9% of the baking under this roof.

The recipe is:

1 white cake mix
1 pckg pistachio pudding mix
4 eggs
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup orange juice
couple drops of green food coloring

3/4 cup chocolate syrup

Mix all ingredients (sans the chocolate syrup which is for later)

Pour 2/3 of mixture into well oiled bundt pan

Now add chocolate syrup to remaining 1/3 batter and mix.

Pour atop the mixture in the bundt pan
using a knife to slice through and marble.

Now bake for 45-50 minutes at 350 degrees.

Remove from oven and let cool.
Then turn over bundt pan, careful not to tear it.

Drizzle a bit of chocolate syrup over top

EAT IT!

Pretty for St. Patrick's Day or Christmas or for any occasion.
