We have been watching the forecast online all week as regards the HUGE snowstorm on it's way to us.
This first model says 14-20 inches for our area.
Channel 10 says 18-24 inches and just north of our area.... over two feet.
But as for today, the sun was out in a clear, crisp blue sky. It was 28 degrees when I took these outdoor photos, and it was too cold for me, even though I was decked out in jeans, boots, a wool peacoat by Calvin Klein, a warm infinity scarf by Madison 88, and a vintage Ben Berger fur hat that I have owned since our Maryland days.... probably made that purchase back in 2001 or 2002 and it was one of the best purchases I have ever made when it comes to having a great warmth factor.

This is a similar hat, a vintage Union labeled hat.
Just cannot beat the warmth of a fur hat
My husband swept the light snow from yesterday off the driveway a bit and the pups helped by running around the forest and stain out of his way.
They adore the cold.
See what a gorgeous day we had!
Don't let it's beauty fool you.
We will wake up to snow tomorrow and for 24-36 hours it will be falling so fast that it will be difficult to capture good photos.
It will be a blur of snow.
We never get wind with our snow.... but this time they have forecast wind along with it, so never say never I guess.
See you tomorrow... or not.... if the power goes out.
If that happens you can find me/us in front of the fireplace sipping hot liquids.
What a beautiful, sunny day! The pups don't seem to mind the cold. Stay warm...xoxo
