Sum Sum Summertime Salad

 We needed something to go with leftovers tonight.
 He's having leftover sloppy jo, and I'll be having tilapia because I am still cutting way back on red meat.
Pasta salad was a no brainer. Tri colored spiral pasta, red onion, bell pepper, green olives, broccoli florets, all doused in Zesty Italian dressing and then topped with cherry tomatoes and a good sprinkling of black pepper.
No cooking involved other than boiling the pasta.
Such an easy and delicious summer salad that goes with the meat of your choosing.  
Or eat it alone.
Can't go wrong with this dish!
