It's raining, so we may just as well settle in for the day and perhaps enjoy a healthy smoothie.
Try this.
1/2 a banana
2 slices of apple
2 slices of pear
1/2 thumb of ginger
spoon of milled flax seed
8 ozs coconut water
2 oz almond soy milk
(you can always add water if you like or rather substitute water)
P.S. all smoothies are made to serve YOUR taste buds, so adjust ingredients as you like.
Now, settle in, listen to the rain, and enjoy this day indoors, because
YOU OWN THIS DAY!
Smoothies sure have a lot of ingredients...I never have all that stuff around the house..It would go bad..They sound good though..Stay cool!!
ReplyDeleteOh gosh... the only ingredients are the ones you choose to use. You don't need all of these ingredients. Smoothies are what you want them to be.
