Something Green On Your Plate

 Our weather turned chilly.... near freezing chilly last night, so although our asparagus usually ends up grilled, instead we chose to sauté' it indoors.

 Add a bit of olive oil of your choosing to a skillet along with some chopped up garlic and also diced onions. 
 Let them begin to cook and then add in your asparagus spears.

 Let them sauté' to your liking.... we enjoy just a bit of a crunch left to ours because ya know.... who likes soggy, soft, limp asparagus?

 Once done to your liking, plate them up next to a hamburger for the man of the house and some of those delicious healthy turkey burgers for yourself.  

 and perhaps a thin slice of your favorite cheese too!

I put a couple of drops of some Sriracha sauce on my turkey burger too just to give it some 'zing'.

No over-eating here anymore... time to get back to 'HEALTHY'.

    1. We do too and I think we have had this four times in the past two weeks.... twice on the grill and twice saute'd indoors. Very good!
